Worcester AC Athlete sets UK indoor record.

On 30 January 2019 Worcester AC athlete Derek Jackson set a new UK indoor One Mile record of 5'33.01 in the M65-69 age category. Racing at Lee Valley in North London, Derek comfortably bettered the previous record which had stood since 2015.
