Can i wear headphones for this event?

No, we do not permit headphones or personal listening devices to be used during any of our events. This is for safety and enjoyment for all involved.

Do you offer group discounts?

We offer bulk discounts which are handled automatically. Simply enter a group together in one transaction. Bulk Entries – additional discounts are available for purchasing multiple tickets at any time, perfect for clubs. 5 or more = 5% discount 10 or more = 7.5% discount 15 or more = 10% discount 20 or more =12.5% discount

Do you provide swim caps?

Yes, we provide a swim cap at all open water events. You may wear your own providing it is not a dark colour. For our pool based event, they are not required so you may wear your own if you prefer.
